In November, Brad Granley from LMS presented at both the Colorado and Georgia SWANA conferences. In CO, he discussed how a landfill was at risk of getting cut off from a WWTP because of H2S odors in its leachate, so they teamed up with LMS to quickly find a solution and reestablish its WWTP relationship. In GA, he talked about natural systems including plant-based phyto technologies and wind-based evaporation. Coming up in February 2022, Brad will be at the Global Waste Management Symposium in CA talking about data-driven validation of newer technologies for on-site leachate treatment and disposal.
